About the event
These all-level classes focus on stretching, strengthening, and balancing poses, as well as breathing and meditation. Designed to provide participants with the groundwork for some of yoga’s most foundational poses. This class is appropriate for all levels, including absolute beginners.
Each class $15.00 and is paid onsite. Payment can be in cash, check, or Zell.
