Not only is today the Summer Solstice, but we also celebrate International Yoga Day. Many think of yoga as just the physical poses you see in magazines and online. But it is so much more! The different limbs under the whole of the umbrella of yoga create an opportunity for everyone to find something to help them manage stress, strengthen their immune systems, and create a more harmonious life. On this international day of yoga consider adding one of the aspects of yoga into your life, your workplace, or your organization.
